Елизабет Портева e бакалавър и магистър по вино от УХТ Пловдив. Има зад гърба си няколко стажа в Нова Зеландия и България, от 2013 е технолог в семейната изба Бендида в Брестовица. Тя е четвърто поколение винар. Обича да твори с българските сортове рубин, мавруд, димят, врачански мискет, както и с каберне совиньон. От 2015 прави вина с ниска интервенция, а от 2017 експериментира с дива ферментация и натурални вина, на които се посвещава напълно. В авторската ѝ микро серия натурални вина by Elizabet в момента има вече над 10 различни етикета. Тя е един от пионерите при правенето на натурални вина в България и ще ви сподели през личния си опит за трудностите и предразсъдъците, през които минава човек по пътя на чистото вино.
Elizabet Porteva is a bachelor and master of winemaking from the University of Plovdiv. She has several vintages in New Zealand and Bulgaria and since 2013 she is the winemaker in the family winery Bendida in Brestovitsa. She is fourth generation winemaker. Elizabet loves to work with the Bulgarian varieties Rubin, Mavrud, Dimyat, Vrachanski Misket, as well as Cabernet Sauvignon. Since 2015 she has been making low-intervention wines, and since 2017 she has been experimenting with wild fermentation and natural wines, to which she is fully dedicated. Her signature micro series of natural wines by Elizabet now has over 10 different labels. She is one of the pioneers in making natural wines in Bulgaria and will share with you through her personal experience the difficulties and prejudices one goes through on the path of pure wine.

Марин Атанасов е един от водещите български сомелиери, който през годините е опознал много от различните винени професии: сомелиер, посланик на бранд, винен директор, експорт мениджър и лектор. Марин е един от идеолозите зад Винения бар Wineground във Варна и член на Българската асоциация на винените професионалисти. Той вярва в мисия Българско вино и търси винената идентичност на България, нещото което ни прави различни и разпознаваеми.
Marin Atanasov is one of the leading Bulgarian sommeliers, who over the years has got to know many different wine professions: sommelier, brand ambassador, wine director, export manager and lecturer. Marin is one of the ideologists behind the Wineground Wine Bar in Varna and a member of the Bulgarian Association of Wine Professionals. He believes in the Bulgarian wine mission and seeks the wine identity of Bulgaria, the thing that makes us different and recognizable.

Андреа Макиа е един от утвърдените италиански енолози. Завършил е агрономия и енология, има и специализации по енология, ISO стандарти и HACCP, както и по сензорен анализ. Бил е производствен директор и главен енолог на няколко изби в Италия, а вината му са отличавани с най-престижни награди. Днес той работи като консултант и летящ енолог и помага за решаване на проблемите и задачите във винарни из цяла Италия – от Южен Тирол до Сицилия, от малки гаражни изби до големи компании. Има опит и в България, Сърбия, Мексико и Южна Африка.
Andrea Macchia is one of Italy's renowned oenologists. A graduate in agronomy and enology, he has also specialised in enology, ISO standards and HACCP, as well as in sensory analysis. He has been production director and chief oenologist of several wineries in Italy and his wines have been awarded with the most prestigious prizes. Today he works as a consultant and flying oenologist and helps to solve problems and tasks in wineries all over Italy, from South Tyrol to Sicily, from small garage wineries to large companies. He also has experience in Bulgaria, Serbia, Mexico and South Africa.

Луиш Сердейра е роден в света на виното и буквално израства в лозята на Vinho Verde. Той е бил над 20 години председател на асоциацията на производителите на Виньо верде и е допринесъл повече от всеки друг за разцвета им. Със задълбочени познания за алвариньо и останалите сортове, типични за Vinho Verde, днес той е мениджър и главен енолог на известната с качеството и новаторството си изба Soalheiro. Като син на основателите на винарната, силната му връзка с лозарството от ранно детство го подбужда да учи и завърши енология през 1994 г. От тогава до днес той не спира да експериментира и да се усъвършенства и сам е дълги години университетски преподавател по енология.
Luis Cerdeira was born into the wine world and literally grew up in the vineyards of Vinho Verde. He was President of the Vinho Verde Growers Association for over 20 years and has contributed more than anyone else to their flourishing. With an in-depth knowledge of Alvarinho and the other varieties typical for Vinho Verde, today he is the manager and chief oenologist of the famous for its quality and innovation Soalheiro Winery. As the son of the winery's founders, his strong connection to viticulture from an early age prompted him to study and graduate in oenology in 1994. Since then, he has never stopped experimenting and improving and has been himself a university lecturer in oenology for many years.

Николета Дикова завършва магистратура по енология и винен маркетинг в Италия през 2010, а от 2017 е посланик на VDP. Работи в сферата на виненото образование, гостуващ преподавател е от 2018 в Университета по гастрономически науки в Пиемонт, Италия. Съсобственик на малък винен проект с къща за гости в Тоскана – Сан Донато ин Белария, Кианни, където практикува пермакултура и организира винени турове и дегустации за местните винолюбители.
Nicoletta Dicova graduated with a master's degree in oenology and wine marketing in Italy in 2010 and since 2017 she is a VDP Ambassador. She has been working in the field of wine education and is a visiting professor since 2018 at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Piedmont, Italy. Co-owner of a small wine project with a guesthouse in Tuscany – San Donato in Bellaria, Chianni, where she practices permaculture and organizes wine tours and tastings for local wine lovers.
