A graduate of the Higher Institute of Food Industry in Plovdiv (now the University of Food Technologies), she specialized in Fermentation Technology – Wine and Spirits. Most of her professional career has been dedicated to Vinex Preslav and Han Krum wineries. Since 2010, she has been the oenologist at Salla Estate Winery, from its very founding. In 2019, she was voted Oenologist of the Year by her colleagues. Throughout her professional journey, Aneliya has worked hard to create fair and authentic wines—wines that people enjoy and drink with pleasure.
